Notable among her previous business adventures has been CEO of Frederick’s of Hollywood, BeautyCo, Inc. and Discount Auto. She is a past member of the board of directors of the National Retail Federation and is a seven-year board member of the Automotive Parts and Accessories Association. Ms. Weber has directed companies with annual sales of $100 million to $1 billion and one aspect of her expertise includes positioning companies for high growth.
